はしか（麻疹）の感染はさらに広がっています。
はしかは感染力が強く、死者も出るほどの感染症です。江戸自体には失明者も多く出て、「はしか絵」と呼ばれる浮世絵が発行され、対策が啓蒙されました。

1978年からの麻疹ワクチン接種開始（1回接種）、1994年からの任意接種化、2008年からの2回接種の推奨と、ワクチン接種の政策等により、20代から30代後半の世代（1978年から1990年生まれ）に免疫力が弱い世代が生まれ、現在の感染の中心となっています。
この世代を中心に、はしか感染の拡大を他人事と考えず、ぜひ関心をもって行動（ワクチンの接種や、抗体価の確認など）を行ってほしいと思います。
