この一週間は、日航ジャンボ機墜落事故20周年、70年目の終戦記念日など重要な日がありました。
GPSやインターネットなどが軍事技術を起源に持つなど、我々の生活にも軍事研究が密接に関わっている一方、日本においては大学における軍事研究のあり方、デュアルユースの問題などが議論になっています。
過去を振り返り、現在、未来を考える…これは絶え間なく続けていかなければならないことだと思います。
